Suspension of HTX Deposits and Withdrawals

Important Announcement: Suspension of Deposits and Withdrawals Involving HTX and 10 Other Platforms

Dear Customers,

Effective 23 August 2026, Bitazza will suspend all digital asset deposits and withdrawals to and from HTX and ten other platforms until further notice. Customers are strongly advised not to initiate any deposits or withdrawals involving HTX on or after 23 August 2026. Any funds transferred to or from HTX after the effective date will be frozen, and Bitazza will not be able to assist in the recovery, processing, or release of such funds.

This measure has been implemented following recent international regulatory developments affecting HT and other exchanges, including Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird, NoOnecrypto INC., Tradex, Monease Ltd, BitPapa, Exnode and EXMO, of all which do not meet our compliance policies. As a regulated digital asset broker, Bitazza continuously monitors global regulatory developments and reviews supported counterparties and transfer destinations to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, international sanctions frameworks, and industry best practices, while safeguarding customers and maintaining the integrity of its services.

Bitazza will continue to proactively review supported counterparties and transfer channels in line with evolving regulatory requirements to safeguard our customers and uphold the standards expected of a regulated digital asset service provider.
